Joan Speight - Landscape Artist
Glimpses of Cornwall in oils or acrylics painted on both canvas and board .
The seas and trees of Cornwall are my main subject matter and the changing colours of the sea  and wonderfull light on the landscape around the  Cornish coast means  I enjoy the use of a vivid colour with palette.

Had a very successful Open Studios so will participate next year.   Sold 5 paintings
plus enjoyed meeting buyers from as far afield as Australia and at home Whitby.

At the recent Auction for Mousehole Christmas Lights 'Moonlight St. Michael's Reach' was sold plus a small painting of Wild Pendeen.
